Welcome to Flexlaw, an innovative Scottish "virtual" law firm. With offices and based in Edinburgh, but serving Glasgow, Dundee, Aberdeen and Inverness as well as the Borders and into the countryside, our solicitors provide a high quality, cost effective service to clients throughout Scotland. When we founded the firm "remote" legal assistance was a novelty. Covid has made such service delivery more mainstream. We led the way and continue to do so. 

Our core service covers general litigation and dispute resolution. We have a strong debt recovery practice and can assist both individuals and SMEs in pursuit or defence of claims. On the back of this we have developed a specialism in defending consumer credit debt claims brought by debt purchasers.

More generally, we have assisted clients with neighbour, property, and contract disputes, harassment and interdict actions, sequestration (bankruptcy) to include recall applications, mortgage repossession actions, financial mis-selling, disputes relating to pets, and personal injury claims.

We offer a notary public service for notarisation of documents and can arrange for documents to be "legalised" or "apostilled".
