Flexlaw are delighted to welcome John Fotheringham as a new consultant to the firm. John has been a solicitor for over 40 years and is recognised in the profession as an expert in the sphere of child and family law, particularly in respect of child support and aliment. He has published and lectured widely on these topics. John is General Editor of the Butterworth Scottish Family Law Service and writes the regularly updated material on child support and aliment.

John's work includes advising members of the public and also providing Opinions for solicitors whose clients may have child support or aliment problems.
